Trade reconciliation involves evaluation of data from two varied sources for ensuring that both of them have the same data. All reconciliation efforts should comprise of different processes like capturing of information from two different sources and matching them, creation of list of exemptions, management of exemptions and reporting on the status of resolution. Augmented risk management needs have resulted in more transparent and regular reconciliations.
